What do I wear?

Anything that you’re comfortable working out in, but we request soft soled shoes, and shirts that cover your core.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive on time, and if it’s your first class, arrive 15 minutes prior to class.

Do I need to sign up?

Yes, in order to assure a spot, please sign up online before attending a class.

Where do I park?

There is plenty of parking available right in front of the studio door.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes, your first class is free!

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely!  We offer special incentives for all clients who bring friends.

Are there age restrictions?

No, but children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult, and we recommend a doctor’s approval if you have special fitness needs, are just starting a fitness program, or are over 65.
