We are two Fitness Instructors who have a combined 57 years of experience. (Read more about Cindi and Barbara) We have literally seen–and taught–it all! Personalized fitness instruction is our focus with inspiration and state of the art equipment are our tools. Our passion and commitment to our clients is what we are about!

If you want ripped arms and improved endurance and general fitness, try our bootcamp classes. If you want a toned midsection and improved flexibility, sign up for some of our pilates classes. If you want strong legs, we have exercises on the Reformer with Barbara and circuit training with Cindi.
