CORE Bootcamp is a High Intensity Interval Training complete body workout that can benefit all fitness levels. Hi-level and low-level options for every exercise are offered in order to challenge each individual at their current fitness level enabling everyone to get the maximum benefit from each exercise.
In some classes, we use equipment like jump ropes, barbells, kettle bells, and flexbands and hand weights. But we also incorporate traditional exercises using body weight only like pushups, lunges, and running in place.
Exercises vary from class to class to keep it exciting and alternate muscle groups. A sample class could include floor and mat exercises, aerobic training, dance and step movements, jumping rope, weight training and more. We like to mix it up! No two classes will ever be exactly the same!
CORE Bootcamp focuses on all areas of the body–agility, speed, balance, strength, burning calories, and most of all, having fun! Classes are held in our large studio and outside, weather permitting.
