A fitness boot camp class is taught indoors or outdoors. Boot camp will mix traditional exercise like calisthenics, weights and high intensity interval cardio training. While these exercises may sound challenging, all of these exercise moves can be modified to fit any fitness level. Most classes will have participants that range from beginners to seasoned exercise veterans.
Most boot camp participants see results very quickly. The routines work every body part including things you cannot see like balance, agility, and hand-eye coordination. The best part is boot camp classes seem to fly by quickly! The reason is that you’re moving from one thing to another, you don’t get bored with repetitive routines, and your exercises will vary and change very quickly. Although Bootcamp does often include running, it may also include walking backwards, or core work, or exercises to improve the quickness of your feet.
Don’t let the name boot camp scare you away! Boot camp classes are a lot of fun and are one of the very best ways to improve your fitness level quickly and dramatically
