There are lots of products on the market but we are thrilled to offer classes on the new Real Ryder cycles and are currently the only studio with this state-of-the-art equipment.  Mimicking the motion of a real bicycle in an indoor setting, this leading edge exercise challenges not only your core but all your muscles as well as your aerobic strength.
