Questions?

  1.  What do I wear?  Anything that you're comfortable working out in, but we request soft soled shoes, and shirts that cover your core.
  2. What time should I arrive?  Please arrive on time, and if it's your first class, arrive 15 minutes prior to class.
  3. Do I need to sign up?  Yes, in order to assure a spot, please sign up online before attending a class.
  4. Where do I park?  There is plenty of parking available right in front of the studio door.
  5. Can I try before I buy?  Yes, your first class is free!
  6. Need special attention?  Please use the contact form and send us detailed information 24 hours prior to attending class.
  7. Can I bring a friend?  Absolutely!  We offer special incentives for all clients who bring friends.
  8. Do you offer specials?  Yes!  Please watch our facebook page for special offerings and seasonal pricing.
  9. Are there age restrictions?  No, but children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult, and we recommend a doctor's approval if you have special fitness needs, are just starting a fitness program, or are over 65.
